What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which includes Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also pay via Paypal, without needing to set up an account.
Is there a charge for shipping?
- Free shipping on orders over $135 within New Zealand.
- Orders under $135 incur standard shipping fees.
- A $15 shipping surcharge applies to Waiheke and the Chatham Islands.
- We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Can I change my order?
Although we’re unable to accept refunds or exchanges once orders are processed, we understand that mistakes sometimes happen at point of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help you.
When can I expect delivery?
Your goods should arrive within 7 days, or a little longer for rural addresses. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days by courier, and you’ll be sent an email confirmation that includes your tracking details. Your goods should arrive 3-5 days later. If you haven’t received your order in that timeframe please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I ‘gift’ my order?
Yes, and how lovely of you. Although we don’t have a ‘gifting’ option at checkout, please get in touch as soon as you’ve ordered and we’ll include a lovely personalised gift card.
Help. The product I want says ‘out of stock’.
We try to avoid such horrors but occasionally we might encounter delays in restocking or site updates. Please get in touch to check and we’ll clarify the situation (and do better next time).
What if my order is faulty, missing or not what I ordered?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll get onto any issues right away.
